If you can get some cards on the first day, you can get some significant sales on them. But, you've got like 30 minutes to an hour before prices plummet, that's for sure.
My wishlist for the upcoming sale (excluding things that are very recent releases):
Pillars of Eternity (for epic RPG action)
Xenonauts (because a re-skinned XCOM is still XCOM)
Kerbal Space Program (because I'd like my space opera to have a little less hand-waving)
Divinity: Original Sin (yet more RPG)
Homeworld Remastered (all of it in one spot, updated for modern machines. Cannot resist)
Hand of Fate (for the deck-building / brawler mashup)
Now, for the stuff that's still in Early Access:
Raven's Cry (because pirates are fun)
Dragon (because Dragons!)
Offworld Trading Company (nothing explodes, yet it seems pretty awesome)
Fractured Space (because capital ships are cool)
And the new stuff that probably won't get any discount at all:
Witcher 3 (because duh)
Galactic Civilizations 3 (because also duh)
Mind you, the Early Access list is only for stuff that's got excellent reviews and gets steeply discounted. Otherwise, they can wait. Not a fan of the black morass that Early Access has become, and I've never been a fan of pre-orders.
Anyway, that's about it. Looking forward to the inevitable sale.
