Just submitted here on October 18, 2019. It will be a long wait, I'm sure, but they only require exclusive consideration for 90 days. I won't be done querying agents by then, and I don't think Angry Robot's next open submission will come along for at least nine months. After 90 days, I'll send a partial to Tom Doherty and Associates since that's Tor's unagented open door and I think it would violate DAW's exclusive even though it wouldn't be a full manuscript submission.
