Hi, the only issue might be the same as an aquaintance of mine, who wanted to use the title of a much more famous book for her self-pubbed offering.
Anyone googling her title would have to wade through five pages of "Les Miserables" (well, it's not that title, but very similar well known classic) by Victor Hugo before finding "Les Miserables" by Danielle NoName. She was quite adamant she wanted to use it, expecting that anyone looking for the Hugo work would be just as happy to read her English language nothing-to-do-with-The-French-Revolution as well, So, ehhh, some people can't be convinced.
That might not be so bad for a lesser-known work, but I guess then you're fighting for attention space (they might get some kudos out of your hard marketing efforts!!)
