Hail to the dread Cthulhu!
Cylopean and rugose,
And if you ever saw Him
Your brains would dribble out your nose.

All of the other Old Ones
Used to laugh and call him names.
He sleeps in sunken R'lyeh
Until the world can be reclaimed.

One day when the stars are right
Hastur comes to say
"That which is dead eternal lies;
With strange aeons death shall die."

Then all the Deep Ones rise up,
Shoggoths ululate with glee!
Hail to the dread Cthulhu,
It's the end of history!

I've just bought a bottle of Laphroaig and am attempting to fit Nyarlathotep in to the meter of a Christmas song. So far the best I've got is "Santa Claus is coming to town / Nyarlathotep is in town", but I haven't opened it yet.
