Hi, I've finished my novel and want to know wether can I publish it on Amazon and Smashwords.

Will there be any copyrighe/license issue if I upload/publish the book on both websites?

The only issue is if you choose Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing's Select program. It requires exclusivity for a 90-day period.

If you use Amazon KDP (not the Select program), you are fine to publish through as many other sales channels as you like, including Smashwords.

If you want to find a trade deal for your works then you probably shouldn't self publish it first.
