I'm looking for a YA writing beta/buddy (one or the other or both.)

Strengths: Giving suggestions and ideas on how to improve plot and character development. Good at picking up on the teen voice (whether it's authentic or not)
Pretty responsive with emails and messages.

Weaknessess: GRAMMAR is my worst enemy, along with spelling.

Currently writing YA mystery/suspense with a young male MC

I picked up a few, but I'm willing to test out a few more betas, hoping to pick up one or two more.

I'm finding it harder and harder to read Fantasy and Sci-fi but other than that I'm open. I prefer YA, but I'll take a look at adult novels too. Anything contemporary, mystery, suspense, thriller, romance, paranormal, supernatural and very interested in psychological thrillers, spiritual and social issues. I'm also pretty informative on mental illness too.
