[Agency] Lutyens & Rubinstein

I've just got a full manuscript request from Lutyens and Rubinstein in London. I've done some research and they seem well established, respected and solid, but I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had any dealings with them?

Congrats!

They requested an exclusive full from me last year. (I couldn't give them an exclusive as it was already out but they took it anyway.) They turned it down in the end but informed me it was a 'close thing'. They were uber nice and friendly, and fairly quick, if I remember right.
Thoroughly recommended!
