I am submitting to literary journals for general publication ( non contests) and I find some have their own submission manager services that are free for submitting your manuscript on line. They are really handy and you can track the response to your submission through them. Then there are those that require a modest payment ( $2-3.00) either by a credit card or paypal. They have you agree to a page of serious legal terms first that includes a lot of what might happen if they are hacked ... which is where I stopped. I understand and empathize with the need for financing these journals but has anyone heard of problems people have had using these services? One example is Manuscript Hub. Thanks!
