Little help with signatures [Resolved]

I just came back after a long hiatus, and I noticed some people having signatures with hyperlinks directing them to Twitter and blogs. Like, My Twitter, and you click it, you instantly go to that person's page.

I'm kinda envious so I tried poking around editing my signature but meh...
