I love this comment:
I'm a Southern Republican Catholic & I support gay marriage. My two best friends are gay & have been married 5 years (while our home state of Kentucky doesn't recognize it, they tied the knot elsewhere). They are, at times, the most stable relationship of all the young couples I know. Just wanted to let you know, if you feel like we all hate you, we don't. You have a lot of support. And by the time we're old & gray, everything will be different.

:D

Thanks for posting that, Ben. Those pictures brought tears to my eyes. I mean...more than just brought the tears there. It spilled them right on over to my cheeks. So beautiful. I love seeing couples in love. Period. :)

Story:

I was cycling around town and stopped at a little protest.

It was about gay-rights advocates suing the governor (I think).

I have no problem with gay marriage, trans-gender/sexual or anyone.

So I stopped and talked to two old women. They were my grandmother's ages, 70-80.
They have been together for 40 years and wished to get married.
Sweet as candy and cuter than raisins.
They have 5 sons, 20~ grand kids and a few great-grand kids

They can't marry. That's tough.

That's so sad, yet beautiful, Will. The love they obviously share is beautiful. It's sad they can't demonstrate that love through the act of marriage - and by doing so attain all the same rights we straights take for granted. Or at least, many straights take for granted.

Alphen Echo, they're still together. I guess that's what matters in the end.

As long as that lasts, with today's politics...

Oh, I loved this! Especially the pics of the happy couples - you gotta love happiness.

Thanks, Ben!

I loved this. So many of the pictures moved me. That first couple, Ed looked like Santa Claus came to life. They were so beautiful together and should not have had to wait.

This is so amazing! Those pictures, my God. And I know I certainly can't say no to Neil Patrick Harris. Thank you for posting. :D
