I'm finding myself missing snow.

I'd like to stand outside while big soft flakes make their journey to the ground. I'm sure once my toes were frozen that feeling would be gone.

I don't know what is wrong with me. Anyone care to share pictures of snow in their area?

I woke up to snow this morning! I'll take a pic and post it.

A lady after my own heart.

I'm missing snow right now too. It's been a terribly dry winter.
I Have snow pictures. Does that count?

Spring 2007 My horse followed me out into a blizzard while I was taking pictures. I assume to figure out what the heck I was doing out there.

Play time in the Snowy Range. Yeah, I only wish I had that view at my house.

Snow? What's that? We've had a lacking of the white stuff this year. Now that my flowers are popping up a month early, I don't want to see it. And now is probably when we'll get it.

My snow is already melting. It's supposed to be raining by noon.

I hate when snow melts to rain. We get rain here in the winter but the snow level sometimes lowers enough that the local mountains get a light covering. The other morning I was driving the boy to school and it was mostly sunny with some big puffy clouds around. The mountain behind his school had clouds and you could see the snow coming down and the line where it stopped and turned to rain. So very pretty. I love living in a valley.

Mine are doing that too. Poor little confused bulbs. :tongue

Oh wow, sounds gorgeous. We used to drive across the Great Plains and sometimes I could see an entire thunderstorm, dark flickering clouds over blurry rain sheets, way off in the distance, when it wasn't raining anywhere near us.

My snow got rained upon and is now slush--but I have a good snow picture from last winter.

Yeah, I should have put the grill away. I think it's sitting out again this winter, too.

We have pretty much had a snow-less winter here.

Just a little bit yesterday but it has already melted.

We're heading for a wet winter. Unfortunately, we don't get snow here. I'm sure I'd get sick of it eventually, but not having grown up with snow, it'd be fun for a while. :)

But winter doesn't start until June, and we're already getting rain most days.

Quick! Send snow!

Not that odd on a writing forum, of all places. Lead time means that winter issues of certain titles will be in the planning stages now.
