English Language Agents in Japan?

This is a real shot in the dark, I know it...

But does anybody know any English-language literary agents in Japan? Or how to go about finding them? I'm surfing the web endlessly and not turning up anything...

I wouldn't know where to start, I'm afraid, but why do you need one? US/UK/CA-based agents are happy to sign authors from overseas as long as their English is up to par. I'm from Europe and my agent lives in America. It was never an issue.

I'm imaging he's talking about how to publish something in English over there, or even have it translated to Japanese and having it published there.

About how to do that... well, I have no clue. Same with your question. I do apologize.

Thanks Corrine... I was thinking it would be cool to have someone here locally I guess for some reason. Or maybe an agent who specializes in Japan-related books? I dunno... kinda clueless here.
