My Last AMP Title Released Today

Hey everyone--

The third book to the Vampire Covenants series, Defying the Covenants, was released today by Aspen Mountain Press. The first two books in the series were co-written with Rob Graham, but the concluding volume I wrote solo.

Today is kind of bittersweet. This was the final contracted piece I had before I signed with my agent and now the playing field is totally different for me. But still, I'm excited about the book (I love this story) and am pleased and proud of the final product.

Oh. And Birol was my editor. How's that for cruelty?

Anyhoo, you can find the book at the link in my siggy. And now, I make the transition from contracted author to digging and clawing my way through the submission process elsewhere. Just thought I'd share.

Thanks! I love the cover (done by Valerie Tibbs) and I think it really reflects the story, which is always a good thing.

Yeah, I know. I guess I'm greedier for editing and promotions than for the millions and millions of dollars I'd make self-publishing. Call me old-fashioned. And thank you.

Yes, it's in your in box. And thank you. I'm going to miss Covenants. I'm no longer able to write in the world, but I'd love to know what happens next.

Thank you. And I have yet to see a god wearing speedos. Unfortunately, unless you're at a world class swimming competition, the men who choose to wear speedos have no business being shirtless, much less is swim panties.
