Wow, wasn't expecting that first rejection slip for at least couple more weeks. I'm in western Canada to boot. Sent the thing regular mail, and had a rejection slip seven business days later. The post office told me the submission would probably take ten days to get there. The must have read my query as it came through the door and sent my SASE straight back out! There goes my dream agent. :cry:

I knew they were a long....long shot when I sent it, so I'm not really that upset. Just shocked at the turn around time. At least I know my queries made it across the border and to their destinations okay.

That IS really surprising and I'm so sorry about your rejection. Take solace that you didn't have to wait months to get a reply. Or years.
