Bread Pudding.
The Red Fish Grill in New Orleans has a dessert called:
The bread pudding itself is made with chocolate and when they serve it, they pour melted white and dark chocolate over it.
It is, without a doubt, the best dessert I have ever had.
ETA: The bolding above was an artifact of cutting and pasting the dessert description, and I didn't see it until I posted. But it is so appropriate, I've decided to leave it.

Chocolate covered chocolate is also a good choice.
Although chocolate coved booze is good, too.
