Also applies to colleges too. But only one thing? First test of a school -- are the bathrooms safe? Ask that of any administrator and watch 'em gulp like fish out of water. More than a few of my friends I told to ask that question received the gulp.

Undoubtedly correct. A person educated by the school system is the most likely culprit.

To be fair, this is almost certainly a simple flarkup that has nothing to do with the education provided by the public school system.
