I am a 56 year old writer yes, but as for other stuff? I play guitar in a rock and roll band, grew up in an isolated village on the Pacific Coast fishing for salmon on the ocean alone from the age of 9, hunt deer, bear, moose, elk ducks and geese even though I live in the middle of a big city and cycle a lot. I write for marine trade magazines and still work on boats in salmon and herring season. I'm married, have an adult daughter, two grandchildren, five unpublished novels, and a short collection of non fiction stories in the works.
Hi there! Originally from Victoria here, desperately in love with the West Coast but unfortunately prairie-bound at the moment. Hopefully getting back within a year or so though!
