Tanka university assingment

I had to write a tanka for university and I am not sure if I have done it right. I have no experience with poetry. Is this correct?

Lady of the Mists (5)
How I Miss Sweet Taste of Lips (7)
Voices in the Wind (5)
Whispering Through Swaying Trees (7)
Come to Me. Return to Me (7)

Rhymes are avoided in all forms of Japanese poetry. Your lines 1 and 2 rhyme as do lines 4 and 5. We have a Tanka thread on the crit page you might want to visit it. There are many good examples there.

I'll leave the expert advice up to CDSinex. Though I do think the first three lines don't stick to the nature/observational aspect of it.
