I just noticed that I joined AW 2/19/09. One year ago today, gulp, but a lot's happened in that year thanks to the wealth of knowledge and support here.

Didn't you read the User's Guide, which says: All threads originating in Office Party must be of a serious and/or world altering nature at all times. No exceptions!

But since it's your anniversary, you get a free pass to have fun. Just this once! :)

Exactly. I was thinking of starting a thread on Euclidean geometry, but I knew someone would derail the thread with post after post about post-Newtonian physics.

Don't get me started on non-Euclidean geometry and the fifth postulate. The only curves I care about at the moment are those that might greet me when I retire for the evening, if she is so willing.
