Has anyone ever requested a book to get made into an ebook format? How long did it take for you?

A book they have that I want to get on the ebook reader, but they don't have it in ebook format yet.

It's the second book in a trilogy, and both the first and third book are already in ebook format. So I didn't think it would be a giant leap for this one...
