I'm applying for a MA this year and I've been reading the prospectuses of the Uni's I like. Now, Edinburgh University want a sample of writing [easy enough, I have an first class essay on Tennyson and Arnold] and a research proposal.
Now, I've never written a research proposal. I think I have to submit one in October for my BA dissertation. However applications open September/October and I've been advised to sub immediately.
I know my subject [Birth of the Psychological Novel], but no idea how to write a research proposal. Anyone know any online resources? I'll talk to my tutors, but otherwise I'm clueless.
