The shares are expected to begin trading Friday morning on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol GAME. Shanda is selling more than 13 million American Depository Shares itself, while its parent company Shanda Interactive Entertainment /quotes/comstock/15*!snda/quotes/nls/snda (SNDA 51.20, -5.57, -9.82%) sells another 70.5 million ADS.
The deal is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Nomura, Oppenheimer and Susquehanna Financial.
