I just received my contributor's copy of The Secret Place, Fall 2009! My devotional SOS is in there. I'm excited because although I've seen my work published online, this is the first print publication that I've made it into.

Any others in here write devotionals?

I've done some devotional writing for A Quiet Place (they do contract work, signing up writers at conferences), and I've had a few things pubbed by Secret Place, but they were poems, not strictly devotionals.

Very awesome to see it in tangible form, huh?! :D

I've pubbed in TSP before too, love devotionals. Congrats!

And for writers, last year I assembled a book of devotionals specifically about writing and publishing. PM me if you would like info on it.

I am looking to get into devotional writing. I have something over 50-60 written that would need some polishing and work to make them fit specific markets.

Congratulations, Abekah! I've done some devotional publishing (The Quiet Hour as well as The Secret Place), but with The Secret Place, it's been devotional poems that have been published. Silentpoet might consider subitting some of his poems there, maybe. :)
