Have you had dreams when you try to yell but can't? Knowing someone is yelling for you feels better than that.

I'm trying to build up courage to post my thoughts on Horror but keep changing my mind. My overdue Weird Science in News post is so depressing that I've yet to finish editing it.

Hey, so, anyone considering posting a link here--please do! Offer distractions.

I haven't blogged for quite some time, but I was recently asked by a family representative of Lisa Bonchek Adams to review her posthumously-published collection of blog posts which she wrote after her diagnosis of breast cancer in 2006, and then its metastasis in 2012. She gained a large following throughout the world, touching many lives, and educating about the disease. I posted my review of Persevere: A Life With Cancer to my Facebook author page. All book proceeds go to the Lisa Bonchek Adams Foundation for cancer research.
