I'm reading this book again. I've checked it out of the library a few days ago. I like reading case studies about real people like in Reader's Digest magazines. The book gives lots of examples of cases of low self-esteem, feelings of worthlessness, and how stuff that happens in our childhood can affect us in adulthood.
