I got Rejected

I applied at About.com to be a guide and well here is the email they sent me:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Guide at About.com. We appreciate the hard work and effort put forth in your application. However, we have not accepted your application for entry into prep. Common reasons for not being accepted are:

* We were looking for someone with different qualifications
* The writing sample was not exactly what we were looking for

Again, thank you for taking the time to apply and we wish you luck with any future endeavors.

Thanks for the support. I wasn't all that bothered that I got rejected. I guess I kind of knew it was a long shot but the ice cream did taste good.

Thanks brinkett. I like yours too. I use to own a black cat until someone catnapped it. I guess they needed one for Halloween.

Sure sorry you didn't get the guide job, but I bet you'll get acceptances in the future (I hope for all of us.) You know, I think writing has made me gain weight. (Yep, that's it

'Cause whenever I don't get mail I'm expecting, or good news, I pig out and over the 19 years I've been writing, well, let's just say I can't fit into my size 5 wedding dress anytime soon. lol. Think I'll go have a bowl of chocolate icecream with some cool whip topping.

There wasn't any mail today at all.
