Below is a very moorish recipe. Doesn't matter where you are, or what size cups or spoons you use assuming you are using either metric or imperial measurements.

Does anyone else have any?

White Chocolate and Macadamia Brownies
Adapted and reproduce in Australian Flavour Courtesy of Macadamia Society

Of white chocolate, chopped:
1st measure 1/2 cup
2nd measure 3/4 cup

150g butter 1/2 cup
3 eggs, lightly whisked
1 cup flour
½ cup whole milk powder
¼ cup caster sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup whole macadamia nuts

Yield approximately 16

Preheat oven to 180˚C (350F)

Grease a 20cm (8 1/2 inches) square cake pan. Line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing it to overhang the sides.

Place the first measure of chocolate and the butter in a small saucepan and heat over boiling water, stirring constantly, until the chocolate and butter melt. Set aside to cool slightly. Add the eggs to the cooled butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.

Sift the flour, milk powder, sugar and baking powder into a medium bowl. Stir in the second measure of chopped chocolate and nuts. Add the butter mixture and stir until just combined.

yawn... in da land of the terminally bored.
This are really yummy and PERFECT for dunkin’ in a hot cup of strong, black coffee…

Macadamia Biscotti

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut up, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and flour a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, with an electric mixer on high, beat the butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and lemon zest. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend to combine. Stir in the nuts.

Halve the dough and, with lightly oiled hands, roll each half into a log about 2 inches thick and 12 inches long. Place the logs on the baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place on a rack to cool.

Transfer the logs to a breadboard. Using a serrated knife, slice them about 3/4 inch thick at a 45 degree angle. To avoid crumbling, use firm, decisive strokes.

Place the slices flat on a baking sheet and return to a 350F oven for about 10 minutes, turning once, to dry them.

Cool on a rack. The cookies will keep in an airtight container for two to three weeks.

p.s. sorry, don’t have the metric equivalents on hand.

Metric Oven temperature 180C - difference in cups and spoons shouldn't make much difference as long as metic and imperial measurements are not mixed and BTW smoothseas I will give these a go, sounds good.

Do they really call them "Hawaiian" nuts? There should be an outcry!

Yep, and Queensland nuts in QLD. Funny, they are OUR native nuts but although we both saw potential for commericallisaion in the 1800s the Hawaiian's were the first to produce in large scale plantations.

Just a quick note of warning. While they are wonderful for people macadamia nuts can be fatal to dogs.
