I'm big on snacks, especially since I usually end up eating small meals here and there during the day. There's the obvious ... pretezels, carrot sticks, etc., but does anyone have some great recipes or ideas for healthy snacks?
I'm interested in anything: salty, sweet (chocolatey!), trail mixes, hummuses, whatever... even your favorite store-boughts. If it can be prepared ahead of time and is portable, all the better.
