Hi,

I write contemporary and historical romance, as well as SFF (under a different pen name). In my day job, I'm a graphic designer. For the last year, I've been working remotely, including a 4-month stint trying out the digital nomad thing. Currently, my home base is southern Oregon, but I miss my semi-native Colorado sunshine--and yes, even the snow. I'm looking forward to meeting other writers and sharing the experiences of our own creative journeys.

Hello and :welcome:

We had a nasty 12 inch mini-blizzard two Tuesdays ago here in Colorado. A lot of shoveling. I bet you don't miss the shoveling.

You landed in an awesome community.

Right! I still work (remotely) for a Colorado company, so I had a snow day at the beginning of Thanksgiving week! My friends in Ft. Collins got nearly 2 feet. And no, I don't miss the shoveling or the driving in the nasty conditions one little bit.

What part of Colorado are you from?

Originally, I am from southern California, so I recognize more being a Californian than a Coloradan. I've been out here since 2002.

Agreed.... The ice and snow, no bueño!
