I don't see a thread on this press. They mention they are a result of the merger of two smaller presses, but don't name them. Wonder if anyone had any info. https://villainouspress.com/

Never heard of them but proceed with caution. Being a merger of two "small" presses isn't anything spectacular. That site, yikes. It's just a blog and it looks like it's out of 1999. Everything is too dark and and isn't appealing at all. Some things stick out to me that could either be red flags or just amateurish (or both). The covers are horrible.
A few look like they just used Amazon's cover creator. See others flashing in the corner that also don't look too professional either. And their About Us page, do they even mention who they are?
Seems like a lot of horn tooting but not sure they can deliver anything you can't do yourself. Maybe someone can chime in who has some experience with them but judging by that site, I wouldn't go further.
