I haven't, but they look like a typical small romance/chick lit press, with the usual emphasis on the author shouldering part of the marketing burden and a dependency on "street teams" (i.e. book bloggers, etc.) to get the word out about their releases.
I'm bothered by their offering "author services" packages, which would seem to be a conflict of interest in spite of their claim that buying their services won't influence whether they'll publish you or not. Their only two personnel listed have no background in trade publishing. One self-published her book, and the other, who comes from a newspaper background, published through "her literary agent's ebook imprint."
In any case, they're currently closed to submissions.
