I was listening to a local talk radio show that often talks about terrorism issues. This morning, one of their guests was an author who had written a novel about preventing a terrorist attack in San Diego. (I got the impression he wrote the novel to make a point about his theories about how terrorism could be fought on home soil.) When I looked up the book on Amazon, it had a very blah cover and a sale rank of about 2,028,964.
But I had never heard of the publisher and couldn't find it when Googling. Is Twyman a new POD publisher?

It's self-published. "Jack Cade" is apparently the pseudonym of Noel Tywman.

Self-pubbed POD. Googling the ISBN finds the book listed under:
"Twyman" - Nothing else by that publisher.
"IPG (Twyman)" - Independent Publishing Group is a distributor.
"Atlasbooks Dist Serv" - Another distributor, and also a div. of Bookmasters, Inc., which I'll wager is the printer.
"Laurel Mystery Books" - Nothing else by this publisher. However, Google leads us to the author's real name, who has another book pubbed by "Laurel Publishing of Rancho Santa Fe, CA" which once resided at laurelpubl.com (and pubbed nothing else).
It's a conspiracy, I tells ya.

Thanks. At least he's keeping control of his book. I was afraid there was another bloody POD company to keep track of.Quote:
