Totally agree with you. The "subscription" form made me put in certain pre-defined values (payment increments, # of days for the subscription, etc.), but it really doesn't mean anything. Anyone who donates any amount gets the same benefits (except those who opt for the Premium Edition + donation).
Those benefits are--
You get to have 50 saved messages in your private message box instead of 25
You get to have a custom title and avatar immediately instead of waiting until you have 50 posts behind you
You can post events on the calendar
You get message tracking in your PMs, though I don't yet understand what that means
Still trying to see if I can offer other benefits, too.
