This is in the horror genre. I know one of the editors. They have submissions windows for novellas and run some themed anthology calls.
So far running a quality outfit. Currently have a contest open for previously published horror stories.

I didn't have to look around for long to see not one but two grammar goofs on the home page. If I were seeking a horror press, that would give me pause. It's short of a red flag snapping in the breeze, but it's a big negative about the quality of edits and proofreading.

And because I don't see a link to submission guidelines, other than the contest, I'd probably wander away to look elsewhere.

Well up to you. This is a page for recommendations. I am recommending them as a new press. They have loyal audience that buys books.

I think it is normal for publishers to have different submission windows for different calls, so that's your choice. Has no bearing on what I want to hear or not.

Actually, this is a page for Bewares, Recommendations, and Background Checks. People are free to draw their own conclusions from what I found at the website.

Can you qualify your recommendation of them as a quality operation? Anyone who writes horror wants to know which presses are good and what's good about them, and they will certainly consider the recommendations of other writers.

Do they pay advances? How do they define "net"? What do they pay per work or per story? Does their contract return rights to the author after a stated time? What's their turn-around time? Do they get back to all who submit, or is no response a rejection?
