Looks fishy (or is that phishy) to me.

The URL redirects to sterlingpublication.com. The first domain was created on January 15, and the second on December 8. I found a cached page for what appears to be the registrar. Any site that I find that appears to be associated with the registrar is down or not working properly.

What really got me is that the only apparent page on the site is an invitation to sign up for a membership. Whoo boy, that instills a lot of confidence in their business! (Insert dripping sarcasm here.)
