Has anyone sold anything to either publisher in the last year or so?

Some time back, when I was researching possible publishers to whom I'd pitch my book idea, both of these were high on my list, and, I believe, were both open to unagented submissions. But now I find that St. Martin's. now merged with Macmillian, will no longer accept such submissions, and I can't even tell from FOF's website whether they accept anything these days.

It's likely that neither is a viable market for an agent-less writer now, but I'm curious to find it if anyone knows the lay of the land.

OK, I did find out that FOF has been absorbed by a bigger publishing entity but that it, unlike SM, does accept unagented submissions.
