Have never heard of them. The website looks like one more half-thought out idea that will not sell books and will not make significant money for anybody (including the publishing company).

They also use the "submit/vote to publish" routine.

Or you can choose to self-pub with them (but why, when you're already throwing money at them fast and loose?)

I don't know about publishers, but the submit and vote idea is terrible. Also a peeve of mine with these types of deals is "Publish your book idea!"
............No, I want my book published, not the idea of it.

No submit and vote idea ever works. Ask any acquisition editor. Oh, wait, she's too busy reading subs from writers who really do want to publish.
