Does anyone know a thing about them?

Are there any other health-focuses publishers or agents out there??

Of course. There are many. Have you tried walking into a bookstore, visiting the health section, and copying down names of publishers whose books appear there?

Smart Publications: A cursory visit to Borders inventory search found one (diet) book in one store in my area. Considering how specialized their books are, I expect stocking would vary widely per region.
