Now, doth any of you have a cure for my headache?

Oh! Oh! I've got one in the dungeon. :D

But it is rather permanent.

Where did everybody go?

Gah. I have cluster writers block. :Headbang:
All these shards of story ideas floating in my head, and none of them fit together.

I'm here. I'm very upset right now because I have to leave for work soon. I cannot begin to tell you how much I hate my job. Right now there is a viral news story about some writer talking about how hard it is for him to survive and it really depressed me.

Bummer.
Dragons of Winters Night is the first fantasy novel I ever read (If you don't count the ElfQuest comics). Beat up and tattered, it's still sitting on my bookshelf.
Before that it was all westerns, romance, and murder mysteries.

I had a subscription to two comics; ElfQuest, and G.I. Joe.

What a combination, huh?

Good morning, my Queen
Good morning, Royals

Uhm. . . Princess Wicked, maybe Madame can try something else first. That cure does seem a bit drastic.

And yes, Madame, the dungeon is an interesting place. I'm sure Princess Wicked would love giving you a tour. (You are find with odd beaties crawling all over you, right? Especially the 8-legged kind?)

I just got hooked on the "Locke and Key" graphic novel.

My old comics are still in a footlocker in the basement. I liked Warlord, Dungeons & Dragons, Forgotten Realms, X-Men, Justice League, Batman, Spiderman (of course :D), Blue Beetle, Wonder Woman, Billy the Kid, Zorro, and Groo the Wanderer.

I had a friend who collected Sgt. Rock, Ghost Rider, and a lot of other gritty comics. He'd hide them when I came over, because I wouldn't play with him until I'd read all his new comics cover to cover.

This is true, but doesn't cure imply keeping it from happening again? :tongue

Um. . . the new monarch and her entourage do know I'm nuts, right? Someone probably should have mentioned that to them.

Guests? I'd better put up a fresh layer of cobwebs, and polish the iron maiden.

Good afternoon Royals!

It's raining at the moment. Other than, not much else is happening. Work is still a grid and will be again tomorrow. Inventory was supposed to help with the excessive amount of stuff we've been getting, yet it seems it's only made it worse. I'm not sure I handle much more. :e2thud:

I have to agree with you. I think I'll pass on Princess Wicked's cure, although I will take her up on that tour.

I need more hands. There is no way I can hold more than two bottles at once. Martha and Leon get to the bottles first, and Elijah jumps all over me wanting his bottle.
You need a bottle holder, Princess. You can buy them, or you could make one yourself. I even have an idea floating in my head right now that, if you wanted to, you could fashion an apron that would hold the three bottles and just let them suckle at their individual slots. Or, you could take old socks and attach them to a sturdy wall, cut a hole in the toe that is only big enough to fit the nipple through, and put the bottles in that. They can feed themselves.

Many possibilities. :D

Well. I check out for a day, and the kingdom goes to hell, I see. My lady in waiting, Madame de Plume, wakes up with a headache (which was her own damn fault, I must point out), and Princess Wicked wants to behead her. Princess Ambrosia devises a wearable, completely obscene suckling device, and Prince Porter posts porn. Not even good porn.

Royals, we must create the appearance of decorum! As my esteemed parents used to say, "Girl, you've got to learn to hide your crazy…" (wait a minute, they still say that…)

Anyway, we need a better PR front than this. I shall research the availability of instructors trained in refinement to attend us.

*Duchess Ambrosia lifts an eyebrow at the Queen's rebuke, smooths out her gown, and motions to a servant.*

"Your Grace?"

"Martha, pour the coffee. Apparently her Majesty has awoken on the wrong side of the bed this morning."

Martha went a little pale at the duchess' words, bowed, and went to fetch the coffee.

"Coffee, your Majesty?" asked Duchess Ambrosia when the servant returned.

Hurts. lol! Actually, the tooth isn't particularly painful. It is the jaw and the ear. The ear hurts very badly. The jaw has sharp shooting pains, and aches the rest of the time. I also noticed last night my face/lips were a bit puffy on that side. Got to find a way to deal with this infection.

How are you doing, Princess Komnena?
