I don't know anything about the company, but they are distributed by BCH Distributors, which appears to do little more than get titles into Ingram and Baker & Taylor's warehouses.
They state that they cater to publishers with ten titles or fewer - meaning new, weency or self-publishers. The idea behind the ten-title threshold is that Ingram won't open up a relationship with a publisher unless they have at least ten titles under their belt. BCH appears to take care of that problem - just like publishers who use Lightning Source. People who use LSI can pay for the extra service of getting their books into Ingram's catalogue.
You are responsible for creating the sale of your title(s) through your marketing efforts. We can help, but you have to create the demand.
This means they probably don't have a sales team pitching to the national accounts, so this looks like little more than getting around the Ingram ten title minimum, and a warehouse and fulfillment center.
So as distributors go, this appears to be on the very bottom rung. This means this company's books probably won't get face time with store managers, genre buyers, and libraries unless they do it themselves.
