I'm not sure if the two are run by the same person(s) or not.

That would make the publisher name "SBR Publications" (a.k.a. "David Weaver Presents" -- see first link below). But they seem to not have their own website? David Weaver writes on Linked in "I'm also part owner to 15 bestselling publishing houses, such as Write House Publishing, Pleasure Principle Publishing, Shan Presents, and Jessica Watkins Presents and many more."
