I just tried both links. The first led to a Japanese (I think) site, so I have no idea what was going on there. The second looked like it was well out of service. Anyone know what's up here?

Yeah, neither of those links goes to a publisher.

A quick google found this. But there's not date on it, and none of the links contained within there are any good either.

I think it fair to say this circus has folded its tent and disappeared into the night.
