Their Facebook page hasn't been updated since last year. Are they still in business?
If you're looking for the submissions page, type that in in the search box and you should get a link. I couldn't find an About page that talks about the editors/who's in charge.
I did find that they respond within two to three weeks, which is pretty fast in my opinion. Copper Key Media says it accepts science fiction and a few other genres, but on their drop down menus, those genres aren't mentioned. Maybe they don't have submissions for them yet? I'm also curious as to whether all the genres have to have some type of romantic subplot since the bulk of their books seem to focus on romance.
Unless there's some inkling of concrete information to go on, I'd say move on to another publisher, or try to get in contact with one of their authors and ask about their experience with Copper Key.

Since all books are by K.M. Scott aka Gabrielle Bisset, I expect this is a self-publishing venue.
