Appears relatively new. Appears to publish primarily nonfiction, but also some novels; authors so far definitely slant conservative. Online at http://posthillpress.com/
The sentence they use to describe themselves is quite odd:
"Post Hill Press is an independent, selective publishing house dedicated to the vision and curatorial skills of publishers with over twenty years of experience as well as 20 NY Times bestsellers, both fiction and non-fiction."
It makes me think that they may specialise in issuing ebooks or new editions of previously published titles, but I'm far from certain.
I'm on a mailing list about writing jobs, and there was an invitation to a meeting with Post Hill Press, where the inviters called them a "hybrid" press. Just as a note.
I also see a hybrid type description in their mission statement, as well as declaring to be "partnered" with a global literary agency. By "partnered", I'm wondering in what capacity do they mean and who might this agency be? Could it be an agency created by Post Hill to their exclusive advantage? They are heavy in non-fiction, as their list shows.
