While I'm here, here's another one I stumbled across this morning. Currently seeking flash fiction entries to audiobook-ize into a podcast. No mention of payment. You "retain all your rights". Seems to imply non-exclusive and welcomes reprints. I guess there's some value here if you're wanting an audio version of your flash fiction, but otherwise, reach seems tiny.
