Wanted to put these on the rolls because, although there's no mention of it on their sites, these are in fact "co-publishing" outfits, with author "investment" of $12k - $25k. This is revealed only after submission (via email under the name The Penina Press Group), or if one happens to track down the site of parent company Zmanma Marketing Company (formerly Simcha Publishing Co.).

I was glad to see this post and know I was not singled out for such an "offer." I informed a Market Guide which lists this publisher, (but makes a point not to list subsidy/vanity/co-up) and found that the next year's guide still lists this press as a traditional publisher.
Seems that all we have left is Absolute Write...
