I did a search and didn't see anything on them. What do people know/think about Packt Publishing?

Edited to add: This would be for some technical non-fiction titles I have out under a different pen name.

I hadn't heard of them before but there are no obvious red flags. The website is professional and aimed squarely at readers instead of writers and their books seem to be selling well.

There's no submissions info on their website though, just a form to contact them (the same form customers use for enquires).
