I gather that all 'they' want is to publish 'something', why not do it with the method people have talked about, but never tried?
Gather as many monkeys as you can afford, and as many typewriters, and let 'em have at it? Eventually...
And you could literally pay them peanuts. With maybe a banana for the really hard workers.
