[Magazine] Sipper

I recently received an email asking me to submit to a new magazine, 'Sipper'. This mag thinks so highly od itself that they are charging a reading fee for short story submissions. I replied in clear terms that i regarded such a practice beneath contempt. Has anyone else heard of this operation?

Duotrope does not have a listing for them. Google can't find them either. Zipper is the only other magazine that I can find close to that name and that is an Asian mag.

I couldn't find anything about it either, and i wonder if it might have been phishing. I just got an email,to which i replied in the negative. Then a reply to my reply and another of the first.

No, the one they used isn't the one that's plastered all over the world.
