I doubt I'll get there as early as noon. Need to have a gander at the trains. It'll probably be closer to 2ish so don't leave before I get there, you swines.

I've set the meeting time for 12:00 (noon) as it gives us plenty of time to get there, and we won't be home late for supper.

What's wrong with being late home for supper? Especially when you're in a pub. Especially especially when said pub serves food. :D

I doubt I'll be there that early either - Noon is time to wake up on a Saturday. ;-)

We could hang around until you guys show. I mean, we don't all have to come and go at the same time. Those who can stay a little later probably will. As you said, it is a pub after all :p

At the first meet, the one where Jimmy bravely came along after single handedly fighting off a dozen ninjas resulting in a rather battered face, me, Old Man and Jimmy went to a restaurant. There was a door there, with some stairs leading down. We saw people go in, but we never saw anyone come out...

Ok . . . so, did you not see them come out because you had imbibed too much, the huge penis was in the way or because, in reality (which you may have limited experience of) no one went in. OK. . . had way too much alcohol to be sensible. See you in two weeks . . .

reality (which you may have limited experience of)

You know me so well :D

On our second visit (the Day of the Four Foot Penis), we discovered the doorway was, in fact to the toilets and we'd obviously just missed people coming out again. Probably...

Me and 'er indoors will be there probably about 130ish. As it's a London pub, I expect Cockney singalongs, shooters, cheeky barmaids with hearts of gold and Jack the Ripper.

Seun - wrong part of London. If you want all the stuff you listed head to the Blind Beggar in Whitechapel. They may even have the self eating toilets installed!

I want a pint of warm bitter served in a tankard while dodgy geezers plot blags in a smoke-filled corner.

There will certainly be plenty of dodgy geezers there.

So does anyone feel like PMing some of the other Brits on AW who maybe don't come into this section to invite them?
